In May 1975 Dad found L&N slug 2053 (built from an ALCo RS unit) and RS3u 1350 (ex-L&N RS3 184, nee-L&N 218) working the Corbin, Kentucky yard. The RS3 was rerated to 2000 hp when rebuilt. |
